Society Bakery & Tea Room

Society Bakery opened its doors in 2003 in Dallas, Texas. Society Bakery was propelled into national recognition when Ellen DeGeneres named them one of the Top Ten Cupcakes in America. Since then, People magazine listed Society as one of the “four top bakeries in L.A., Dallas, Birmingham, and N.Y.C.” Shecky’s listed Society Bakery as one of “10 Bakeries You Need to Try Across the U.S.” The Daily Meal listed Society Bakery in the “Top 50 Cupcakes in America.” Society Bakery has been seen on Food Network, Cooking Channel, and Bon Appétit magazine.

December, 2023, Society Bakery expanded to include a Tea Room, and moved into a larger location in the beautiful Lakewood neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. With English inspired recipes, Society Bakery & Tea Room offers reservation based Traditional Afternoon Tea as well as fun and soon to be cherished seasonal and themed teas such as a Jane Austen Tea and Emily in Paris Valentine’s Tea.

Not to be missed, Society Bakery & Tea Room serves a delicious lunch available for walk-in as well as reservation. Lunch reservations are recommended for Saturdays.
